PLEASE HAVE YOUR STUDENTS GO THROUGH OUR LOST AND FOUND AREA IN THE BACK OF THE MPR BEFORE THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR. ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP BY 4:00 pm ON FRIDAY, MAY 31 WILL BE DONATED ON MONDAY MORNING, JUNE 3rd. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
STUDENTS CAN CHECK THE LOST AND FOUND DURING LUNCHTIME AND RECESSES, AS WELL AS BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL. PARENTS MAY CHECK BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL, BUT NOT DURING THE SCHOOL DAY.

To VOLUNTEER IN THE CLASSROOM or elsewhere on campus:
Bring one of the following to the school office to be scanned anytime between now and May 24th, or during Walk Through Registration on August 6th:
· Drivers License
· Passport
· State Issued ID, OR
· Mexican Consulate Card
This process allows immediate clearance for volunteering at any site in the district.
To be a FIELD TRIP CHAPERONE:
· In addition to the volunteer process above, complete the clearance process at Walk-Through Registration on August 6th. It will take two to three weeks for approval.
· If you are a chaperone who is driving a group of students to a field trip in your own vehicle, you will need to submit an insurance clearance form and a copy of the declarations page of your policy showing your coverage amounts. This must be done each year…we shred all insurance policies after the current school year is over.
