Thursday November 9th is Donlon's 7th Annual

FUNRUN

All children, grades K through 5th, will run for fun on the Donlon fields to raise money for our school!
Students are encouraged to get friends and family to pledge money for laps they run.
We are hoping to raise $50,000 for our school to make needed improvements. This is our largest fundraiser.

Students can start Saving while Earning Money for Donlon

1st United Credit Union fundraiser for Donlon Elementary -- Get your kids on the road to savings. It only takes $5 to open a kid’s savings account. In return, 1st United will donate $25 to Donlon AND deposit $25 into your child’s account. Don’t wait - our fundraiser ends November 30, 2017. Be sure to use promo code DONLON when you apply.

1st United encourages you to open the account online at https://1stunitedcu.org/schools. You can bring your child into any branch to make their first $5 deposit and to pick up their free Piggy Bank and Road to Savings map so they can win prizes while saving. At the end of the saving journey, they will get another $10 from the Credit Union. How great is that?! Federally Insured by NCUA.

Welcome to Fall...the time of year when we seem to collect a lot of extra jackets! Please be sure to remind your children to find their lost treasures (water bottles, jackets, trinkets, etc) in our LOST AND FOUND bin located in the MPR. They can look before school, after school or during recess.

Please note that we will be donating all LOST AND FOUND items to a local charity at the beginning of Winter Break.
