Lace up those running shoes for the 5th annual Pleasanton Run for Education! This annual community event hosted by the Pleasanton Partnerships in Education (PPIE) Foundation features a 5K, 5K Youth, 10K, 15K, and Kid's Challenge races.

Due to the generosity of donations from Donors Choose, our school counselor, Ms. Varrellman, was able to create calm down tool kits for our students. The calm down tool kit is a great way for students to take a break and practice healthy coping tools and strategies. To the left is a list of the Calm Down tool choices. Have your child tell you about the calm down kit in their classrooms and discuss with them the coping tools and strategies you find most useful. Having students practice appropriate coping strategies when they are not experiencing unpleasant feelings is a great way for them to explore the tools and makes it more likely for them to use the tools when they are experiencing unpleasant feelings.

PUSD Facilities Master Plan (FMP) Update Survey by March 14
The District is collecting feedback on it's Facilities Master Plan (FMP) Update, which includes Measure I1 bond project prioritization and funding allocation. The update was created in collaboration with the District's FMP committee, which was formed earlier this school year and is comprised of District and school site staff, community members and parents, business representatives, and a representative of the Board of Trustees. Please take a few minutes to take this electronic survey to provide your feedback. The survey will close on Wednesday, March 14.
