Service Hour Requirement

In order to graduate from the Pleasanton Unified School District and Amador Valley High School, seniors are required to complete 20 service hours with a non-profit organization in the community. 

Hours can be accumulated from all 4 years of high school. Supervisor signature required for previous years so please make sure you have the signature after your participation. Seniors will receive their service hour contract in their Civics/Economics class during their senior year. 

The service hours for the Class of 2024 are due no later than May 1, 2024 to Mr. Jaramillo in the office. Hours not completed will impact the involvement in Senior activities such as Senior Ball (including ticket purchase), Graduation tickets, participation in the Graduation ceremony, and Grad Night, etc.
