Season passes are available online/electronically to our adult patrons for the 2021-2022 school year. Students grades (K-12) will be FREE with Student ID or student pass. Family passes are no longer necessary. There are five different passes available…


Pass Options Cost Value

-2021-22 All Seasons Athletic Pass - All Levels (HS/MS) $75/per $265

-2021-22 All Seasons Athletic Middle School Pass - All Sports (MS) $30/per $51

-2021 Fall Athletic Single Pass - All Levels (HS/MS) $50/per $148

-2021-22 Winter Athletic Single Pass - All Levels (HS/MS) $65/per $183

-2022 Spring Athletic Single Pass - All Levels (HS) -Basically Girls Soccer $15/per $25


Individual tickets for athletic events will be $5 for any event involving a varsity contest and tournament; $3 for any sub-varsity only event (HS/MS). Senior citizens 65+ will not require a ticket to PHR3 events. (You can go to roostersandchicks.org to view schedules if needed.)


Note: *Passes ARE NOT a family pass. A pass is required for each "Non-student" wishing to gain access to events.

**All students Grade 8 and below must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for admission.

***Season passes are good for all home contests except MSHSAA Play-Off events.

***Pleasant Hill Tournaments ARE INCLUDED in our season pass packages!

***Season Passes benefit the Pleasant Hill Activities Department. (There is a nominal service fee = 4%+25 cents)

The scoop!

  1. When a season pass is purchased, tickets will become available for the patron on each date an event ticket is created. Any ticket on that date will appear on your phone which you will redeem at the gate.

  2. Season Passes are being sold one at a time to single email addresses. Multiple passes may be purchased, however a separate email address must be used. This is to ensure a second user may have their independent link to specific tickets which can in turn be saved on their cell phones. It eliminates the need for both patrons to be present upon entry into an event.

  3. Cash options will NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE for our home athletic events! Individual tickets will be made available in our ticket “storefront” at least two weeks prior to the event. All tickets will be electronic.

  4. There will be scan codes at the gates for patrons to purchase tickets on their phones at the events.

How to purchase Season Passes?

  1. Go to the Roosters & Chicks ticket storefront to view the ticket options. That can be accessed at Roostersandchicks.org or https://secure.payk12.com/

  2. Select “Passes & Season Tickets” in the menu (upper left). You will see the season passes available. There is a complete description of each pass when you select “view”.

  3. Fill in the required information and then select “Add To Cart”.

  4. Choose “Checkout Now”...(twice)

  5. Enter your “Payment Method” and then select “Checkout Now” one last time…

  6. Follow the prompts from there.

  7. Two/Three emails will be sent to you; one containing access to your pass.

  8. Tickets will only be sold one ticket per email address. (This helps to ensure spouses don’t have to wait on one another when entering our events!) Two separate transactions will need to occur if purchasing more than one pass. A second email will be necessary (passes only).

(Single “tickets” may be purchased in multiple quantities.)

NOTE: CURRENTLY A PayK12 APP IS NOT FUNCTIONAL TO ASSIST WITH TICKET ACCESS AND USE! (PayK12 is working on this opportunity.)

(Tip: Once opened, save the link to your pass on the desktop of your phone! This is an easy way to access the ticket without needing to access your email, etc.)
