Day 29 Focus: Renewed, Strengthened, and Sent Forward
Meditate On The Scriptures (NIV):

“Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.”

Brief Reflection:
This fast concludes not with exhaustion, but with renewal. Over these days of prayer, sacrifice, and spiritual focus, God has strengthened us inwardly, clarified our faith, deepened our unity, and reminded us of our calling. Renewal does not mean the absence of struggle; it means restored strength for the journey ahead. As we rise from this fast, we do so hopeful, resilient, and ready—sent forward by God with renewed hearts and steadfast spirits.
Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm (be steadfast). Let nothing move you (unmovable). Always give yourselves fully to (abounding in) the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.
