Please see the attached flyer for Genes Auto Post 32 Legion Baseball. We would like to point out that you can only choose one of the options: Legion Baseball or Club Baseball as we do not offer the opportunity to do both. Our roster sizes are limited and we would like to make them as competitive as possible.
Please save the date for these tryouts as we know you will have to tryout for a SUMMER CLUB team very soon. Our LEGION TRYOUTS are after the Varsity season is completed which are at the end of May. They would be held at the baseball field at Papio South. This would be communicated through this newsletter and our Social Media accounts.
At the Varsity level we get the oppurtunity to travel to multiple tournaments, play in a league with a chance to win a state tournament and advance to a Regional and potentially the American Legion World Series. At the JV and Reserve level we go to a couple of tournaments out of town and also play in a legue with a chance to play for a State Tournament Title.

Please consider joining the Titan Defenders if you have not already. They do so much for the school and our athletics/activities. We want to support them as much as we possibly can. Last year they helped us buy, new netting down the left field line, a new backstop in the home bullpen and watches for pitcher/catcher/coach communication. None of these things could have been done without the help of the Defenders so please consider joining.

When are tryouts?
Tryouts are in the Spring. This year they will be on March 2nd and run through the end of the week.
How many teams do you have?
We have 3 teams. Reserve (Freshman and Sophomores), JV and Varsity.
How many players are on each team?
Reserve (16-20), JV (16-20), Varsity (20-25)
Do you offer Summer Camps/ Weight Lifting?
We have a summer camp that will be offered June 2 and 3 this summer. We offer the weight room as an option but room is very limited. Incoming freshman should sign up for beginning weights class in the fall.
