Head Coach
Priscilla graduated from PLHS in 2015. As a senior she was All-Nebraska First Team and All-State Class A First Team. She went to Midland University where she continued to play volleyball. Priscilla was a four-year starter for Midland as a six rotation Middle. Priscilla concluded her illustrious volleyball career as Midland’s all-time leader in kills, block assists, and hitting percentage. In her freshman campaign in 2015, she was named the NAIA and GPAC Freshman of the Year. Priscilla was a Four-Time All-GPAC first-team selection, a Four-Time All-American, and earned four selections to the NAIA National Championship All-Tournament Team. O’Dowd helped guide the Warriors to 111 victories and two NAIA National Tournament Final Four appearances in her four years. She excelled off the court as well as a two-time NAIA Scholar-Athlete. She was also a nominee for the OSCA's Female Athlete of the Year in 2019. Priscilla was varsity assistant from 2019-2021. Priscilla believes in building strong relationships with each player and helping them reach their full potential as players and indivudials. Priscilla also teaches at PLHS. She teaches Business & Marketing classes!
Varsity Assistant
Kayla is from Cedar Rapids, Iowa where she played club volleyball for the Iowa Rockets. In 2012, her team won the USAV National Championship. In 2013, her team placed 2nd overall in the Open Division. In high school, Kayla was named Mississippi Valley Player of the Year in back-to-back years. In addition, she was named to 1st Team All Metro and All Conference Teams all four years of her high school career, was featured as Player of the Week, and was a four year letter winner in Track & Field. From 2015 to 2017, Kayla played Division 1 Volleyball at the University of Nebraska Omaha as a six rotation outside hitter. Kayla currently coaches at Premier and teaches in Ralston Public Schools. She has her Masters Degree in Elementary Education. Kayla loves making connections with players, noticing and developing their potential, and helping them grow as well-rounded athletes and individuals. This will be her first year at PLHS.

Lydia was born and raised in Omaha Nebraska. She played high school volleyball at Ralston all four years. In 2018, her senior year of high school she helped take the team to state for the first time in over 15 years. She also played club volleyball at premier and banzai in Omaha. She then moved on to play at the collegiate level for two years at Central Community College in Columbus Nebraska. She earned two associate degrees in science and arts while playing at the college level. She then transferred to University of Nebraska Omaha where she is continuing her education. Lydia loves coaching to make connections with players, see the potential and help improve their overall skills. She is very excited about this upcoming season and can’t wait to see how the team grows! This is Lydia’s first year at PLHS.
