The benefits of youth participating in strength and conditioning programs can be seen both physically and mentally.
Strength and conditioning programs have been vital in:
Decreasing the risk of sporting injuries
Developing sporting performance
Building long term-lifestyle changes
Increasing mental and emotional strength
The Strength and Conditioning program at PLC Armidale is run by Motion Fitness and focuses on allowing girls to improve their own individual goals in 3 key areas: mindset, personal growth and performance.
Sessions will run every Wednesday and Friday morning from 6:30 - 7:30am in the DKC.
