PLC SYDNEY PRELOVED UNIFORMS 

The Parents and Friends' Association (P&F) runs the Second Hand Uniform Shop: PLC Sydney Preloved Uniforms.  

We warmly welcome new parents and students - please stop by to meet our amazing team of volunteers.

In 2024, we are piloting new opening dates and hours, which will be advertised through PLACES and on our electronic billboards. 

OPENING DATES & TIMES

During term time, Preloved Uniforms is open at the following times and special dates that will be advertised via PLACES. 

Dates: Wednesdays Week A (Term 2 dates: Wednesday 22 May, Wednesday 5 June, Wednesday 19 June). 

Time: 7.00 am to 9.30 am.

Location: 21 Hennessey Street, Croydon (next door to Spoon & Fork Cafe).

Payment: NO CASH.  Eftpos payments only.

Please note that no second hand uniform sales are available from Glencorse.

DONATIONS NEEDED

We are seeking donations of all sizes of uniform items, but in particular:

• Blazers

• Panama hats

• Tunics 

• Winter ties

• Tracksuit tops and bottoms

It would be appreciated if donated items could be in a reasonable, washed condition.  Sale proceeds go to the PLC Sydney P&F Association to provide additional resources and activities for our girls.   If you have any questions, please contact pandf@plc.nsw.edu.au.

LOCATION

The Second Hand Uniform Shop now called the PLC Sydney Preloved Uniforms, has moved to a new location.

 It is now located at 21 Hennessey Street, Croydon - opposite Croydon Train Station and next door to Spoon & Fork Cafe. 

Please note: Volunteer parents and friends of the College operate PLC Sydney Preloved Uniforms.

The PLC Sydney Preloved Uniforms is run entirely by dedicated volunteers - we welcome new volunteers! 

All Preloved Uniform volunteers require a valid Working With Children Check (free for volunteers) and must provide this, and their Date of Birth, to the College's HR Department.

A note about Consignment

The P&F has researched several similar schools, and they do not offer consignment for second-hand uniforms. Considering this and other factors, we are wrapping up the consignment of second-hand uniforms. 

What about my previously consigned items?

If you donated an item previously,  you are welcome to come and collect your donated item to re-sell privately from the current Second Hand Uniform store location. Collection dates are to be advised. 

Alternatively, we hope you will consider donating this item. 

To collect previously donated consignment items, please email pandf@plc.nsw.edu.au with your name and type/s of the item; we will do our best to locate it and leave it for you at the appropriate reception for collection.

If we do not hear from you by the end of February 2024 via the email above, we will consider it a donated item for sale with thanks!
