Looking to make some viable action on Environmental issues in your community?
Sustainable Education & Environmental Development Group (SEED) is the school’s environmental sustainability group. Students and staff get together to discuss the school’s sustainability issues and work together to find solutions to these. We aim to develop a sound program to separate and recycle the school’s waste. We also work towards reducing the school’s environmental footprint by reducing energy and water waste and increasing environmental awareness across the school community. From time to time, we participate in inter-school fora, workshops, seminars and excursions relevant to environmental topics.
Membership: Everyone! (Years 7-12 and Staff)
When: Tuesday lunchtimes
Where: Usually based in Room W204
