Fleet Dispatcher Pro is a serious game where you take the role of a transport planner. Your mission: assign the right driver to each container shipment, taking into account cargo type, distance, time constraints, and special requirements.
Review a list of container shipments with origin, destination, and distance in km.
Check the requirements of each shipment (reefer, dangerous goods, night route, international, etc.).
Analyse the drivers’ qualifications and their base location.
Drag and drop to assign each shipment to the most suitable driver.
Submit your plan and see your score, accuracy, and ranking on the leaderboard.
Cargo types & requirements
Each shipment may include one or more requirements. Make sure you match them with a driver who has the right skills and equipment:
REEFER – Refrigerated container. Requires drivers and equipment capable of handling temperature-controlled cargo (perishable goods, food, pharmaceuticals, etc.).
ADR – Dangerous goods. Only drivers with ADR certification can legally move these shipments.
NIGHT – Long routes or late deliveries that involve driving and/or sleeping overnight. Choose experienced drivers prepared for night operations.
INTL – International transport (crossing borders). Make sure the driver is allowed to operate internationally (documents, permits, experience).
20FT / 40FT / 45FT – Container length. The driver must have the correct chassis and equipment to handle that size.
Time, distance & performance
Each shipment shows an approximate distance in kilometres. Longer trips are more demanding (often linked to NIGHT or INTL routes).
You have a time limit depending on the level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert).
Your final score combines:
Accuracy – correct assignments vs. total assignments
Speed – how fast you complete the level
Difficulty level – higher levels give more points
