ABOUT REACH OUT SOUNDS:
Reach Out Sounds is a musical installation with a difference. In Reach Out Sounds you become the instrument, creating an evolving musical work that is at once energetic, original and fleeting. One participant touches the top of a ‘sound pod’, a second participant touches a corresponding ‘sound pod’, when those participants touch each other (even through multiple people), a signal is sent to a micro controller triggering a series of sounds.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
Two performer/ producers travel with the work. We facilitate the fun, create spontaneous compositions and set up / pack down the work.

Eris E5 Speaker with Kettle Plug Lead
Raspberry Pi units (with add on units)
Power Adaptor for Rapberry Pi
4 Outlet Power Boards
5 Metre white extension Lead
For Taping Down Cables:
Green Nashua 'Stylus' Duct tape roll
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
7 x 10kg sandbags (not solid metal bars)
Extension cable to reach from central pod to venue power point.
Testing and Tagging if required.

Excess baggage charges on Qantas is around $200
GROUND TRANSPORT
The three suitcases and 2 performers fits in a Kia Grand Carnival or similar.
The three suitcases and 2 performers also fit into a standard London Cab
