2. Internal Coordination
Notify Jesse to include the carrier in the next monthly meeting agenda.
(Jesse) Meet with the carrier to collect essential information for the dashboard, such as:

3. Documentation & Resource Organization
(Rome) Create a new carrier folder in Google Drive.
(Rome) Develop a new state and product spreadsheet.
(Rome) Link carrier resources, spreadsheets, and bottom buttons on the dashboard.
(Reg or Jesse) Add commission details to the commission spreadsheet.
4. System & Guide Updates
Add the carrier to the State Guide on the dashboard home screen.
(Reg) Update the new carrier login appointment spreadsheet.
Add the carrier to the Carrier Guide and ensure it is listed in all applicable categories.
Notify the Client for daily notifications checking.
(Reg) Develop a guide on how to check notifications.
5. Technical & Commission Setup
(Braden) Verify carrier downloads are properly set up.
(Russ) Add the carrier to the commission template for tracking purposes.
If applicable, add the carrier to the rater list on the dashboard.
(Braden) Include the carrier in the monthly commission report.
6. Oversight & Quality Assurance
(Parker) Oversee the entire process to ensure all steps are completed correctly and efficiently by each responsible party.
