Why It Matters

Each of us is an essential part in the great unfolding that is cosmic, biological, and cultural evolution. Small actions have large consequences - for better and for worse, especially when multiplied by thousands, millions, or billions of others. It is the responsibility of each of us to minimize the harm that we do and contribute to a sustainable future. We are all busy with the demands of daily life, and deciding what to do is often made more difficult by the sheer amount of information and misinformation that we are confronted with continuously. Our mission at Plantscapes is to do the research, filter out the unreliable and irresponsible, and provide practical and effective landscape solutions that are also sustainable and ecologically beneficial. Working together, we can restore the beauty, interest, and function of New England's natural habitats one piece of landscape at a time.
