Billing, Payment, and Privacy
Philosophy
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction and convenience while minimizing overhead and activities that detract from our core mission (“it’s all about the plants”). Conducting routine business by email and internet streamlines our customer relations, and our billing and payment system is designed to be easy and efficient.
Pricing
All Plantscapes pricing is done on a custom basis and is detailed on a written invoice that will be emailed to the customer after submitting the Request a Quote form.
Billing
The invoice will also serve as the customer’s bill and must be paid in full before an appointment will be scheduled. Once payment is received, a date and time for the appointment will be set that is agreeable to the customer. If this is not possible, the payment will promptly be refunded in full. Payment in advance ensures that we do not have to spend time on reminders and collections, and your complete satisfaction is always guaranteed.
Payment
Payment will be accepted only through PayPal with Visa, Mastercard, and Discover using the payment link on the invoice unless other arrangements are made. All financial transactions will be handled securely by PayPal on behalf of Plantscapes. No customer financial data is made available to Plantscapes.
Cancellations & Refunds
Missed appointments will incur a $25 fee or mileage charge, whichever is greater, so send an email to tim@plantscapesne.com at least 24h before your scheduled time if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, submit a Feedback form detailing your concerns, and we will provide a prompt refund, in part or in full.
Privacy
All financial transactions will be handled securely by PayPal on behalf of Plantscapes. No customer financial data is made available to Plantscapes. All customer contact information will be used for Plantscapes business only and will not be shared with anyone for any purpose without written permission of the customer.
