Summer is a wonderful time to go to the beach. Grab a shovel and a pail. Take a walk and go for a beach scavenger hunt. Fill your bucket with sand, shells and rocks. Dig and create a sandcastle using all the wonderful beach items you found. Talk with your children about what they found and what they created. What a great opportunity to learn and to explore.
