Registration

What phone number can I call if I have questions?

Please call The Imagination Lab at 317-754-2438.  Please leave a message if we are not able to answer the phone and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Who can register for camps?

Any enrolled Plainfield Community School Corporation student entering 1st through 5th grades in 2025-2026.

What grade level do I select?

We are using the grade that students will be ENTERING in 2025-2026.  So if a student was in Kindergarten this past year, they will be signing up as a 1st-grade student.

Camp Drop Off & Pick Up

Where do I drop off and pick up my student?

1. Drop-off and pick-up locations will be assigned and sent out via email closer to camp time.  

Students will be assigned to either 

1. • Door 7 (The Imagination Lab entrance) or 

   • Door 6 (by the Learning Garden on the south side of Clarks Creek).

2. Parents must come inside during drop-off and pick-up and present a matching wristband.

Security

Will there be school security on-site during summer camp hours?

The school doors will remain on the same security locks as during the school year. 

What if someone else will be picking up my child?

We will be using wristbands to confirm pickup. If someone else will be picking up, plan to take a photo of the wristband number during drop-off and then share with the authorized pick-up person.
