Who we are

What data we collect
We collect the following personal data through our application forms and email communications:
— Full name
— Email address
— Phone number
— LinkedIn profile URL
— Instagram handle
— Employment history and professional background
— Sales performance metrics including close rate, show rate, and cash collected
— Loom video links
— Resume or CV links
— Training background and earnings information

Why we collect it
We collect this data solely for the purpose of providing recruitment and placement services. Specifically to assess applications, match candidates to suitable offers, and facilitate placements.

How we use it
Your data is used to:
— Review and score your application
— Match you to suitable offers or candidates
— Contact you regarding your application and any matches
— Facilitate introductions between offer owners and candidates

Who we share it with
We share relevant candidate data with offer owners and relevant offer data with candidates as part of the placement process. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your data with any third party outside of the placement process without your prior written consent.

How long we keep it
We retain your data for up to 24 months from the date of your application or last contact with us. After this period your data is deleted unless you have an active placement agreement with us.

— Request deletion of your data
— Withdraw your consent at any time
— Object to how we process your data
— Request that we restrict processing of your data

Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:

Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Your data is stored securely in Google Workspace and Google Sheets with access restricted to authorised personnel only.

Payments

Emails
We send emails to applicants and clients as part of our recruitment and placement process. These include application confirmations, contract communications, placement updates, and payment notifications. We send emails manually through Google Workspace Gmail. We do not use automated email marketing platforms.

Cookies
Our website may use basic cookies for functionality purposes. We do not use tracking, advertising, or remarketing cookies.

International transfers
Some of the candidates and offer owners we work with may be based outside the UK. Where we share personal data internationally we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
