Meet Mr. D.

I am Mr. Daniels. This is my tenth year teaching at Southwest Middle School and I am very excited to begin the new school year. I have had a 12 year career in business, working in communications, sales, public relations and customer/ member service in BJC Health System, United Healthcare and American Family Insurance. Twelve years ago, I decided to change my career and to do something that I love -- become a teacher. I was certified to teach and completed my Masters in communications at Webster University. I, also, have four years of experience working as a teachers assistant with Special School District. I look forward to sharing my love of language and history with my students and helping them to become confident learners, thinkers and problem solvers.
