Team Composition for Competition (7-8 June 2026)

Each participating team must consist of a total of Four (4) members, which includes one (1) lecturer/coach/team coordinator and three (3) student participants.

Accommodation and Fees During the Competition 

Accommodation is provided on the campus of Politeknik Jeli for participants who require it. The accommodation fee is RM50 per room for the duration of the two-day competition for external participants. For POLYCC participants, the accommodation cost is fully sponsored by POLYCC.

Each room can accommodate six (6) participants.

Team Composition for Preparatory Course/Workshop (8-9 April 2026)

Each participating team must consist of a total of Three (3) members, which includes one (1) lecturer/coach/team coordinator and three (2) student participants.

This preparatory course is organized to provide exposure to participants who will be competing, as a preparation for the competition to be held on 7–8 June 2026. Throughout the course, participants will be introduced to quadcopters, including assembly, troubleshooting, and flight training.

Quadcopters will be provided by the organizer for the purpose of this course. However, participants who already own a quadcopter are strongly encouraged to bring their own during the preparatory workshop.
