The Pittsville Panthers faced off against the Marathon Red Raiders in their first game of the 2025 season.  At the start the game the Panthers started off with a slow start to the game letting the red raiders get a 33-0 lead in the 4th quarter to wrap up the the game. 0-1 

The Pittsville Panthers played away against the Spencer Columbus Rockets and it started instantly, pittsville went up 14-13 at the end of the first quarter, pittsville started to lose that momentum in the shoot out with the final score being 34-49. 0-2

Notable Players

• Pittsville was led by Dawson Luther, who went 12/22 for 156 yards and a TD. Luther also ran 15 times for 98 yards and a TD. 

The Pittsville Panthers played home against the Auburndale eagles for a conference matchup.  The Panthers got dominated the entire game and the final score was 0-41

The Pittsville Panthers played the Edgar Wildcats in a conference matchup. The Panthers had a ok start with the score being 0-13 at halftime. The Panthers couldn't  manage to find any momentum the second half and lost 0-40. 0-3

The Pittsville Panthers went to play the the Abbotsford Falcons In a 50-42 thriller, the Pittsville Panthers fell just short despite a 92-point offensive shootout against the Abbotsford Falcons. Dawson Luther led a desperate comeback with 242 passing yards, fueling an aerial attack that nearly overcame the Falcons' relentless ground game. 0-4

Notable Players 

• Dawson Luther as the primary playmaker, Luther led the Panthers' offense with over 200 yards passing and contributed significantly on the ground 

• Christian Matthews a major threat in the passing game, Matthews was instrumental in Pittsville’s 242-yard aerial assault.

The Panthers went into hunt mode, fueled by Brody Withers and Dawson Luther. Withers was a wrecking ball in the trenches, racking up 7 tackles (2 for loss) and a forced fumble, while Luther capitalized on the dominance to rack up 3 touchdowns and over 150 yards of total offense. Behind Withers' blocks and  momentum-killing interception, Pittsville physically overwhelmed the Royals to ignite their season. (1-4)

Pittsville dropped a season-high 58 points to outpace Iola-Scandinavia in an absolute shootout. Dawson Luther spearheaded the assault, accounting for 5 total touchdowns (4 rushing, 1 passing) and over 250 yards of offense. Brody Withers held the line, recording 8 tackles. The win solidified Pittsville's late-season momentum and moved them closer to a playoff berth.  (2-4)

• Dawson Luther the ultimate playmaker. He decimated the Thunderbirds with 5 total touchdowns (4 rushing, 1 passing) and over 250 total yards.

• Christian Matthews The deep threat. He burned the secondary for a 46-yard touchdown catch that blew the game open early.

• Brody Withers. He recorded 8 tackles and held a line that allowed the offense to drop a season-high 58 points.

The Pittsville Panthers hosted the Pacelli Cardinals in their last home game of the regular season in a conference matchup.  The Panthers started off hot and led the game into the half with a 54-8 lead. They eventually put in the JV squad and had to switch back to Varsity a few times as the game ended with a final score of 70-32.  (3-5)
