2023 reminders and info

Above I attached forms that I sent home to you with my Newsletters in Jan. and April.  I also have the scoliosis letter attached that I sent home before I did the screenings. 

Just a reminder, if your child had meds in school, including inhalers or epipens , please pick up by the last day of school as any remaining meds may be discarded.
