If you are going to miss or arrive late to a rehearsal or performance due to extenuating circumstances, you MUST TEXT the Hotline ASAP!

Please note: the absence protocol should only be utilized in the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance. Attendance to all rehearsals and assigned performance dates is mandatory and is vital to the success of the performances.
We appreciate your cooperation following our absence protocol. Each student's role is an instrumental part of Spring Performance.
It is crucial for us to have as much information as early in advance as possible to ensure the success of the performance.
