Meet the teacher

Hello! My name is Miss Horowitz and I am a second grade teacher at Elwood Kindle Elementary School in Pitman, NJ. This is my third year of teaching, and I also completed my student teaching at Kindle in the spring of 2016 in a second grade classroom. I graduated from Rowan University in May of 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in both Elementary Education and English. I have also recently obtained my Teacher of Students with Disabilities certification. I love learning new things myself, and finding new activities, lessons, and strategies to try in the classroom!
