Banana Oatmeal Blender Pancakes

Gluten free, no flour, very quick to make!

Mix all ingredients into blender until smooth. Cook on medium-to-hot griddle. Good with chocolate chips or blueberries, place on top before flipping.

If you do not have bananas, replace with other fruit such as 1/3 to 1/2 cup apple sauce for each banana. This makes the batter a bit watery but comes out good!

Standard Recipe (good for 3 people)

1/2 cup milk

2 eggs

1 banana

2 T maple syrup

1 1/2 cups rolled oats

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

3/4 cup milk

3 eggs

1 1/2 banana

3 T maple syrup

2 1/4 cups rolled oats

3 tsp baking powder

3/8 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup milk

4 eggs

2 banana

4 T maple syrup

3 cups rolled oats

4 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp vanilla extract
