What is the PISD Middle School Summer Band Camp?
The Plano ISD MS Summer Band Camp is a 1-week camp geared toward students who:
Have completed at least 1 year of MS band instruction (rising 7th, 8th, or 9th graders)
Are signed up for their school band class next year
Are looking to build on and improve, or simply maintain, their acquired band skills during the summer.
Middle school band students from all over the district will come together to grow in their individual instrumental ability as well as improve in their large ensemble skills. They will receive small group, instrument-specific instruction from qualified Plano ISD band and private lesson staff, as well as large-group rehearsal and performance strategies under the direction of esteemed guest conductors from our area. The week concludes with a celebratory afternoon concert we hope family and friends will enjoy!
Summer Band Camp 2026 has come and gone! We hope you will join us for another wonderful week of music-making in 2027!
CAMP DETAILS
Dates: Monday, June 1st- Friday, June 5th, 2026
Times: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. with a concert on Friday from 12:30-1:15 p.m.
Location: Plano Senior High School
2200 Independence Pkwy, Plano, TX 75075- Building D
Cost: Camp Tuition is $115 which includes instruction, music, daily treats, and a band camp t-shirt. Busing from PWSH or PESH is available for an additional $50

Registering for band camp is a 2-step process. YOU MUST COMPLETE BOTH STEPS TO BE REGISTERED FOR CAMP!
1) Step 1: Submit Payment
Click on the Camp Payment Link below- log in or create your Student Quick Pay account
Scroll down to the optional fee tiles and search for PISD MS BAND CAMP 2026- add to your cart and proceed to payment.
Busing is available from Plano West SH or Plano East SH for a separate fee. Search for PISD BAND CAMP BUS 2026 if your child will need to ride the bus.
Be sure to write down your payment confirmation number!
The deadline for refunds is May 15th so be sure you're available before you pay and register!
2) Step 2: Registration for Camp
Click on the Camp Registration Form below and complete all information.
You will need your child's health insurance and medical information to complete this form as well as the payment confirmation number from student quick pay. Please gather that information before starting the form.
