RankOne paperwork for the 2024-2025 school year is NOW available. Please remember to upload your Physical to RankOne as well.
In order to participate or tryout of a sport, you MUST have all RankOne forms completed.
RankOne Sport Instructions
** You need to have your student’s ID number available as it is required on each form **
Go to https://planoisd.rankonesport.com
Click Parents/Students Fill Out Electronic Forms
Click Texas, then click Plano ISD
Click Process to Online Forms
Click New to RankOne? Create New Account
Create an account and fill out the information requested for each form.
*To sign the document click inside the signature box and hold your mouse down, this will allow you to create an “Electronic Signature”. If you make a mistake and need to start over click on the refresh icon next to the signature box.
*Once you have filled out all of the information on each page you will have the opportunity to print the document.
*You will receive a confirmation email once the document has been reviewed by the PISD staff.
*Physicals will be uploaded to RankOne by the parents.
