STEP 2: Go to Courses > View Courses and choose either the Racial Microaggressions or the Unconscious Bias course (or both). Click “Enroll in this Course”

STEP 3: Click on ‘VIEW CART’ - add Coupon Code sbccubrm, click on APPLY COUPON > UPDATE CART > and PROCEED TO CHECKOUT

STEP 4: Fill out form, make sure you use “Santa Barbara City College” as your school name. Create a password to log back into courses. Do not pay for the courses, they are free to SBCC employees.

Step 5: Check your email for your username, log in to the site and begin the course.

Courses are designed to be completed in 30 days from the time you start. If you need more time, extensions can be granted upon request.
