 Estate Sales are conducted in the home under the management of 1st Class Estate Sales Associates. Our Estate Sales run two consecutive days (unless otherwise stated due to size of sale), normally on Friday evening & Saturday. The last part of day two most items will be marked 1/2 price.

The number of people in the home at one time is controlled if needed. We arrange items in an even orderly fashion throughout each room of the home. We tag/price every item and collection within the entire estate.

When you attend a 1st Class Estate Sale, you'll find the home & sale items clean and neatly arranged through-out the home. An Estate Sale is a "HASSLE FREE" way to shop for quality high-end fashions, decor, or unique collectibles. You can stop-by one of our Sales for 10 min., or 3 hr's. - - - attend at your convenience. You'll walk through the house, collect items to purchase, pay & leave...it's that simple!
