Hope, you and your family are doing well.

As you know, we are going to have some online works until the school reopens. You may have some technical questions or issues during the online learning sessions. Please do not hesitate to contact me via email. I'll do my best to answer your questions or fix any issues immediately including weekends.

Also, we can have remote control sessions. You can book any available spot for a remote control session. Then, I will connect you computer to fix the issue! If the problem doesn't require remote session, you can reach me via email anytime. Please see below for the calendar. (Please note that you are required to login your school email to see the calendar.)
