Learner Handbook

The purpose of the Learner Handbook is to provide our learners with information to assist in resolving any questions that may arise during the delivery of training and assessment. The Learner Handbook contains the following information:

• Training and assessment services, including recognition of prior learning and credit transfer

• Learner rights and responsibilities, including code of conduct

• Complaints and appeals processes

• Discrimination, equity and safety policies

• Learner support services 

• Privacy policy
