QUICK REMINDER

As the year draws to a close, we need your help keeping all students on track for success through the end of the school year. Students should prepare for their day, and your help is needed and appreciated. The following items are used daily, and many individuals come without these necessities. Please speak with your students about any needs they may have.

Earbuds (or headphones): Per PCA policy, these may not be wireless.
Pencils
Lunch
Water bottles
Breakfast

Staff try their best to meet students' needs, but we cannot provide these things continuously. Please help ensure your student is prepared.

EOG and EOC Schedule - A retesting letter will be sent home on May 22nd if it applies to your student.

May 19th - 4th - 8th Grade Reading EOG, English II EOC

May 20th - 4th - 8th Grade Math EOG, Math 1 EOC, Math 3 EOC

May 21st - 5th and 8th Grade Science EOG

Try to get a good night of sleep, eat a good breakfast, and come ready to do your best! Students can read a book after testing until their room is done testing. Encourage your student to bring a book this week.

20th - Athletic Recognition Evening will be May 20th in the 4-12 gym from 5:30 - 7:30. All MS and HS athletes and their families are invited to attend.

* Students must wear their school approved uniform or their school approved athletic uniform.

May 23rd - The middle school award ceremony will be held at 10:00 am in the school gym.

May 23rd - May 23rd is the last day of school and an early release day for the students. Students can get signed out at the awards ceremony by parents/guardians signing them out with administration after the ceremony.

The approved 2025-2026 school calendar is below.

Every Friday will be School Spirit Day. Students may wear PCA spirit wear tops (athletic eagle logo) on Fridays with uniform bottoms. Please note: Norris Merchandise is selling some PCA items with /.PE will be outside often. Students are encouraged to bring a water bottle and extra shoes. A small, separate bag for dirty shoes is also recommended. Optional PE attire is sold at Norris. Students will not have this option available until the gym/locker rooms are open for student use.
