We will continue Unit 4: Addition and Subtraction. This week students will solve addition problems with totals from 6 to 10. Students will continue to connect story problems to pictures, objects, models, and number sentences.
Letterland/Skills
Letterland/Skills
This week students will practice building words and sentences with the following word families: -op (as in mop and top), -ot (as in hot and dot), and -ock (as in rock and sock). We will also continue to read and answer comprehension questions from our “Sam” reader.

Our Domain 7: Kings and Queens Assessment will be on Tuesday, February 17th.
We will then begin Domain 9: Columbus and the Pilgrims. This domain will introduce students to two important topics in the history of the United States: the first voyage of Columbus, and the voyage of the Pilgrims.
