ASSIGNMENTS

**Please note: Due to teaching multiple classes and levels of content each class period, the most up to date information regarding assignments can be found in my weekly info emails that go out every Monday morning. If you are not receiving my emails, please contact me so I can ensure that I have your up to date email address. All digital assignments can be accessed through our Google Classroom or NCVPS Canvas.

Missing/Late work grading policy:

A score of 0 will be entered into PowerSchool for any missing assignments when grades are updated each week. However, once the work is made up, student score(s) will be updated in PowerSchool once I have had time to grade the late assignment(s). It is your student's responsibility to ask me for their makeup work if they miss something due to absences or off task behavior during class time. 

Grade Composition of Academic Scores:

Tests/projects- 50%

Quizzes- 20%

Assignments- 30%

Grading Scale:

A- 90-100

B- 80-89

C- 70-79

D- 60-69

F- Below 60
