About Me

Hello! My name is Tonya Price and this is my 13th year teaching. I graduated from Gardner-Webb with my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and minor in Professional Studies. My husband, Steven, and I have been married for 23 years. We have 2 beautiful daughters. Katie graduated from Pinnacle in 2022 and attends Charleston Southern University. She is a senior and is majoring in Communications with a minor in Music and Worship Leadership. She enjoys playing the guitar, piano, and she loves to sing. Lilly is a senior here at PCA and plays volleyball, basketball, and tennis. She is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and her goal is to be a Nurse Anesthetist. Lilly loves to ride horses and helps care for our two horses at home on our farm. We also have three dogs that we enjoy caring for. Some things I love to do with my family are attend church, care for our animals, travel with my family, mow grass, plant flowers, ride four wheelers, collect antiques, paint, scrapbook, and read. Teaching students and watching them learn is a true joy for me and I am thankful for another year of teaching 5th grade here at PCA.
