• For home athletic events starting at 4:00 PM, students staying after school as spectators must report directly to the gym or field at 3:30 PM, after dismissal. Please do not send students early—the doors will remain locked until 3:30 PM to allow for setup.

• Students must enter through the outside gym doors or the field entrance near the baseball field so admission can be collected.

• For games starting at 5:00 PM or later, students must leave campus and return at game time.

• Players may leave class at 3:00 PM and report to their locker rooms or other areas as directed by their coach.

• Siblings of players are not permitted to stay after school unless it's a game day and they are attending as spectators within the allowed timeframe.
