What are we learning this week: 1/19-1/23
Reading- We are working on our novel study on Mr. Popper's Penguins. We will also be learning about cause and effect as well sequencing
Math- Students will broaden their understanding of fractions and recognizing that they are parts of a whole. The denominator is the total number of equal parts and the numerator is the number of parts had. Students will begin understanding fractions on a number line as well.
Science/Social Studies- We will continue with our Habitats and Change science unit!
