About Miss Houser

Hello my name is Kierra Houser. This is my sixth year teaching fourth grade at Pinnacle and I'm very excited to be teaching your child for the 2026-2027 school year! I grew up here in Shelby, NC where I graduated from Shelby High School, ( Go Lions). 

After I graduated Shelby High School in 2010, I attended Meredith College where I received my Bachelors of Arts. 

For 7 AMAZING Summers I had the pleasure of working at a Camp for the Blind and Visually Impaired. 

I am truly grateful for the opportunity to serve this wonderful community and help my students grow academically, build confidence, and discover their potential! My goal is to create a classroom where every child feels supported, challenged, and encouraged to do their very best.
