Hello! My name is Kendra Casse and I teach high school science here at PCA. I graduated from Appalachian State University with a B.S. In Biological Anthropology. I will also complete my Master's degree in Evolutionary Biology and Ecology in late August of 2026. I have a background in scientific research and I taught General Biology at Appalachian State University for the past three years as well. However,  I could not be more excited to teach high school and help guide your interests down a scientific path!

Outside of science and teaching I enjoy anything outside whether it is hiking, kayaking, camping, swimming, etc.  I am also a proud Italian-American and I love to cook, make pasta and fresh bread weekly! Lastly and most importantly,  spending time with my family and my two Poodles is my favorite thing to do!
