About Me

Hello Pinnacle Families,

This is my second year at PCA. I will be the 6th - 8th grade physical education teacher. 

With 19 years of experience in teaching, I've had the pleasure of working with students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, focusing on health and physical education. In addition to teaching, I've also coached high school girls' basketball, which has been a rewarding way to combine my passion for sports and mentorship.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Exercise Science from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, NC. I am licensed to teach K-12 Physical Education in both North Carolina and Illinois.

Beyond the classroom, I am a proud wife and mother. I love spending time outdoors, whether it's camping, hiking, or simply enjoying quality time with family.
