The first design of the penny boat had way too much scaffolding and was way to heavy.
Because we knew we needed a different plan, we designed the penny boat to where it resembles a standard life boat. We did this in the hopes that it would be more lightweight and have less scaffolding to deal with. Once the boat was printed, we tested it and made sure it worked, and iterated it as necessary. We realized that this new one would be more buoyant and lighter so it can float properly in the water while holding as many pennies as possible, on at least 3 levels. Our new boat is much more stable and will uphold the most difficult circumstances and will hold more pennies than our opponents
