As with a face-to-face class, your syllabus is your guide for the class. In our online classes, you will find a “Syllabus” tab along the navigation bar at the top of your course homepage. The syllabus will cover information specific to your given class (course learning outcomes, instructor office hours, required textbook, schedule of work, grading requirements and calculation, learning rubrics), as well as college-specific policies and statements (Code of Conduct, Attendance-Taking, etc.).
Please review your Syllabus carefully and reach out to your instructor if you have any questions.
The Syllabus and Schedule of Work can be found in the navigation tabs at the top of the D2L course homepage. It will be labeled as "Syllabus".
Also check the D2L Announcements tool and Pima Gmail as some faculty will post or email these syllabi to their students through these tools.
Contact the instructor about the discrepancy. The instructor may be able to either correct this within D2L Brightspace or by including corrections to the syllabus and then issue an update to students via Announcements with clarification.
