Facilitators

Classroom facilitators are school staff members who are designated by their school to mentor and or coach students to success in their PCC online course. Facilitators are able to gain access to student's course shell including content, assignments, deadlines and materials. Facilitators, however, will not be privy to student grades or be held responsible for any grading based on student's PCC work.

If you are a school appointed facilitator and need help accessing your students course shell please reach out to your Dual Enrollment point-of-contact and include your PCC ID number (also known as A#) if you do not already have a PCC ID number you will need to apply to the college, as a student, so that one is assigned to you. Once your DE point of contact receives your request they will assist in gaining access to the course you will be facilitating for students. This may take a few days, once access is established you may begin monitoring and coaching students.

If you are unsure of who your DE point-of-contact please visit your network page.
