With modernization of education students, who are the major stakeholders of education system, today reflects the behavior of decreased reading habits and reduced attention spans which extends a challenge for instructors. At the same time, it is also observed that due to the exposure to abundant resources, they possess higher level of confidence and questioning abilities. This situation bounds the modern day instructors to think beyond traditional approaches of lecture based teaching. Pedagogy related research also suggests that adults learning capability is better by doing and experiencing the tasks than by merely listening. This creates a strong prejudice for experiential learning in today’s world.
