ISDD 2026-FAQ's

1. What is the age eligibility for co-authors to participate?

Only co-authors below 35 years of age are eligible to participate in the seminar.

2. How many co-authors can participate from one paper?

A maximum of two co-authors may participate in the seminar.

3. Will accommodation be provided to participating co-authors?

Yes. On-campus shared hostel accommodation will be provided to participating co-authors.

4. What facilities will participating co-authors receive?

Both participating co-authors will receive:

• Access to all seminar sessions

• On-campus accommodation

• Meals during the seminar

• Registration kit
  
  

5. Will both participating co-authors receive travel reimbursement and Jaipur trip access?

No. Among the participating co-authors, only one participant per paper will be eligible for travel reimbursement and participation in the Jaipur visit.

6. When should participants report to the campus?

Participants may arrive at the BITS Pilani campus anytime after 5:00 PM on 18th February 2026.

7. What are the accommodation dates?

Accommodation will be available from the night of 18th February 2026 to the morning of 22nd February 2026.

8. What is the travel reimbursement policy?

Travel reimbursement will be provided up to Rs. 5,000/- or actual travel cost (whichever is lower), as per guidelines.

9. What documents are required for travel reimbursement?

Participants must retain and submit original travel bills / tickets to claim reimbursement.

10. When should delegates report to the campus?

Participants are requested to report to the BITS Pilani campus after 5:00 PM on 18th February 2026.

11. Will accommodation be provided?

Yes. Shared hostel accommodation will be provided within the campus.

12. What are the accommodation dates?

Accommodation will be available from the night of 18th February 2026 to the morning of 22nd February 2026.

13. What identification documents must I carry for reporting?

Participants must carry the following original documents at the time of reporting:

• University / Institution ID card
  
  

• Valid age proof (any one):
  
  

  • Aadhaar Card

  • Birth Certificate

  • Secondary / Class 10 Marksheet

14. Do Youth Volunteers as delegates need to carry their Volunteer Organisation ID?

Yes. Delegates participating as Youth Volunteers must carry their official Volunteer Organisation ID, if applicable. This may include:

• NSS Volunteer ID

• NCC Cadet ID

• NYKS Volunteer ID

• My Bharat ID

• Any other recognised youth social service organisation ID
  
  

The ID must be presented during reporting for verification.

15. Do Youth Volunteers as delegates need to upload any documents before the event?

Yes. Participants must upload a scanned copy of the original forwarded NOC, duly signed and stamped by the appropriate authority.
