Welcome!

Welcome to the Pikeville Independent School District Gifted and Talented Website! Our Gifted and Talented (GT) Program services students in 4th-12th grades who have been formally identified in the areas of General Intellectual, English/Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, Creativity, Leadership, or Visual/Performing Arts which include Art, Music, Drama, and Dance. Primary students (K-3) who exhibit potential for giftedness in these areas are serviced through our Primary Talent Pool (PTP).

The Talent Identification Program of Kentucky

TIP-KY 

The Talent Identification Program of Kentucky (TIP-KYSM) offers above-level testing to assess where students are academically so educators and families can help guide students to relevant resources, appropriate enrichment programming, and other services that will challenge and encourage growth.
