Hello! I'm honored to serve as the School Counselor at Pike Road Elementary School. With over 10 years of experience in education as a Special Education Teacher, Behavior Specialist, and School Counselor, I am passionate about supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth. I earned my bachelor's degree from Alabama State University, my master's degree from the University of West Alabama, and my Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree from Auburn University at Montgomery, graduating in May 2026. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where every student feels valued, encouraged, and empowered to reach their full potential. I believe that strong partnerships with families and staff help create the best opportunities for student success.

Prior to that, I worked in Russell County for 4 years and taught 1st and 4th grades. My first educational experience was as a PE aide with Opelika City Schools.
