bitart, s.r.o. ("we", "our", or "us") provides weather information through the SimplyWeather mobile application ("the App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect and how we use it.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from users. There is no login or user account system in the App.
However, to deliver weather information and serve ads, we may use third-party services that collect certain data:
Location Information: With your permission, we may access your device's approximate or precise location to provide accurate local weather forecasts. This is not yet implemented, will be present in the future versions of the app.
