Introduction:

My name is Joe Morgan. I am a native of Pickens County. I attended elementary school at Jasper Elementary. I went to Pickens Middle School in grades 6-8. I graduated from Pickens High School in 1999. After graduation I worked as a paraprofessional at Tate Elementary and Jasper Primary school while attending college and working toward my education degree. I graduated from Reinhardt College in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. I graduated from Piedmont University with a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education in July of 2011. I continued at Piedmont University and obtained my Education Specialist degree in Teacher Leadership in December of 2012. The 2018 - 2019 school year will be my 16th year of teaching in the Pickens County School System.
